About the job E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Order Processing & Packing:

  • Process and fulfill online customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure products are securely packed for delivery and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the shipping department to ensure smooth delivery.

Invoice Generation:

  • Accurately generate invoices for all online orders.
  • Review and confirm order details, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Communicate with customers in case of discrepancies or clarifications.

Inventory Management:

  • Track and manage stock levels across the online store.
  • Coordinate with the Main Wearhouse to ensure product availability.
  • Help with stocktaking and maintaining organized inventory records.

Customer Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, delivery status, and returns.
  • Resolve any order-related issues efficiently.

Administrative Support:

  • Support daily operational tasks and assist the team with other administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and invoices.

Skills

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or order fulfilment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, packing, and invoicing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
