About the job Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals

* Develop content through storytelling, generating solid sales arguments

* Design and carry out demand-generation and lead-conversion campaigns, delivering targeted

messages that create affinity with our brand

* Develop A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting for initiatives

* Prepare and deliver presentations to the clients

* Keep abreast of industry trends and changes that impact our business

* Other responsibilities inherent to this role

Qualifications/Experience:

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related

* At least 2 years in a similar role with comparable responsibilities

* Demonstrated experience in project management and in the execution of marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta

* Experience with websites and landing pages

* Knowledge on Waalaxy and other automation tools desired

* Ability to process and use data in decision-making and in storytelling

* Excellent skills as a technical writer, with an understanding of how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way

* Capacity to develop effective messages tailored for delivery across a variety of channels, including website, email, print, presentations, among others

* Understanding of the mechanics of an efficient, effective marketing automation campaign (funnels)

* Excellent written communications skills in Spanish

* Intermediate English
