Position : Project Manager (With purchasing and contract administration exp)
Salary: $115,000 C2C
Location : Remote
Experience: Minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in direct purchasing activities including vendor selection and management, price comparisons, resolving discrepancies, and simple to complex requisition development, and issuing purchase orders. Experience working with maintenance and subscription agreements, reviewing contracts and contract administration.

Knowledge: Knowledge of purchasing and contract administration practices. Knowledge of accounting practices, advanced arithmetic to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures, and make changes accurately. Experience using Purchasing or Materials Management software. Experience purchasing forms, telecommunications, computer, and networking equipment. Familiarity with ordering telecommunication services, data circuits, and domain names.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and purchasing software. Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills including building and modifying pivot tables. Intermediate Microsoft Word skill level including the track changes features.
Abilities: Able to type 40 wpm and ten-key adding machine by touch. Ability to identify and solve simple to complex problems. Able to identify problems and recommend solutions; to establish priorities and coordinate work activities; and to work effectively with staff, clients, vendors, and external agencies.
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business or Accounting and/or five years equivalent experience.
