Job Title: Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer with expertise in Flutter, who has a minimum of 1-4 years of experience, to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building and optimizing our iOS and Android applications for our solutions, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, secure, and seamless user experiences. This role will involve implementing diverse technologies but mostly Azure and Microsoft Technology and services, data encryption, and ensuring smooth interactions across both iOS native and Android environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a cross-platform application, ensuring optimal functionality and performance across iOS and Android.
• Implement and integration with Microsoft/Azure Technologies and services.
• Integrate robust data encryption standards to protect user information and communications.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to implement responsive, visually appealing UI/UX designs.
• Debug and resolve technical issues on both iOS and Android platforms to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-4 years of mobile app development experience, with expertise in both Swift and Flutter.
• Skills:
• High proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Advanced knowledge of Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Experience with socket programming for real-time communication features.
• Strong understanding of encryption techniques and secure communication protocols.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and efficient data management.
• Tools & Frameworks: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, Firebase, Realm, Xcode, etc.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chat-based social media applications and financial applications.
• Familiarity with video streaming and media handling, web socket, SignalR.
• Experience with backend integration and cloud services (Azure).
