About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Project Manager. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects, leading cross- functional teams, and delivering high- quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
• Playing a vital role in the planning, development, and coordination of projects.
• Performing routine administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, estimate provision, and meeting scheduling.
• Maintaining consistent reporting on project progress.
• Timely and efficient completion of tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
• Managing project life cycles to ensure the timely delivery of projects with established budgets and quality standards.
• Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Building project scope statements, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and creating project plans grounded in relevant methodologies.
• Applying principles of quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively tracking project progress to monitor risks and identify potential issues.

Required skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business management or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in Project Management or a similar role in the Tech industry.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Project and project management tools is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and training to end-users.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT and other departments to achieve common goals.
