Project Leader

We're looking for an organized, proactive, and technically skilled Project Leader to oversee our development initiatives, coordinate website enhancements, and ensure our e-commerce projects are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the launch of new websites
• Manage website improvements, including user experience and design quality.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO strategies.
• Coordinate AI-driven content generation for product categories.
• Ensure effective personalized product recommendation systems.
• Optimize checkout processes, including shipping recommendations and targeted discount strategies.
• Implement and monitor Google Analytics and Google Ads for tracking performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of developers.
• Regularly track and report developer productivity.
• Facilitate review management systems to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with CISO to improve systems availability and stability.
• Oversee and participate in testing processes to validate shops' proper working.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, scalable, unified code.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues effectively. Work with the CISO to enhance the stability and availability of systems.
• Supervise and take part in testing procedures to confirm that shops are functioning correctly.
• Perform code reviews to guarantee code that is consistent, scalable, maintainable, and of high quality.
• Effectively oversee project advancement, manage risks, and find solutions to problems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within e-commerce.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and website analytics.
• Familiarity with AI applications in content creation.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website design.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Create a team that quickly can launch new initiatives

Reporting and Meetings:

• Regular direct reporting to senior management.
• Initial twice-weekly meetings for status updates and strategic alignment.
