Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 annual base salary + up to $500/month in performance bonuses

About beem® Light Sauna
Beem Light Sauna is a rapidly growing wellness studio located in Bonaire, GA, offering innovative infrared light therapy in a clean, calming, and community-centered space. Our mission is to help people feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We're seeking a high-energy, sales-focused Studio Manager who's ready to take ownership of studio performance and lead a small but mighty team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about wellness, sales, and creating meaningful client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager, you will drive studio growth by increasing revenue, expanding brand presence in the Bonaire community, and ensuring exceptional client service. You'll lead by example and bring a strong sales mindset to the day-to-day operations.
Your role will include:
- Making 50+ outbound calls or texts daily to follow up with leads and drive membership sales
- Conducting studio tours, wellness consultations, and closing in-person sales
- Managing the sales pipeline and hitting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Executing local marketing events, business partnerships, and grassroots outreach
- Creating and maintaining a 90-day community marketing calendar
- Tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities for performance improvement
- Coaching and supporting the front desk team to meet sales and service goals
- Resolving client issues with professionalism and empathy
- Managing schedules, reporting, inventory, and client accounts
- Taking initiative to solve problems and improve studio operations
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, fitness/wellness studio management, or a membership-driven business
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Availability to work 23 Saturday mornings/month
Preferred:
- Background in boutique fitness, spa, cryotherapy, or wellness industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Mindbody, Zenoti, or ClubReady
- Experience with local event coordination and pop-up marketing
- Basic understanding of social media for community engagement and promotions
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time (40 hours/week across 56 days)
- Includes 23 Saturdays/month for community events or peak studio hours
- Base Salary: $40,000$45,000/year
- Bonuses: Up to $1000/month based on performance
