At beem light sauna, we're redefining self-care and wellness through innovative light therapy experiences. Our mission is simple: to help our community look, feel, and live better. We're a growing boutique wellness studio in Lee's Summit, and we're looking for a driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in growing our studio and building lasting relationships with members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is motivated by results.

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads

  • Generate new leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel

  • Confidently sell memberships and wellness packages

  • Deliver an exceptional, welcoming in-studio experience

  • Track leads and sales in our CRM system

  • Create and share engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and drive leads

  • Support daily retail and studio operations

What Were Looking For

  • Proven success in sales or retail (wellness/fitness industry a plus)

  • Strong communication skills both in-person and over the phone

  • Comfortable creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred)

  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding daily/weekly sales goals

  • Organized and comfortable managing leads and CRM systems

  • Passionate about wellness, health, or fitness services

  • Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Schedule

We operate under standard retail hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 8 AM 8 PM

  • FriSat: 8 AM 5 PM

  • Sun: 9 AM 3 PM

You won't be scheduled for every shift, but flexibility for varied shifts is required.
