Schedule

• Minimum 25 hours per week

• Must be available for weekend shifts

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at beem Light Sauna Kingwood. The ideal candidate is motivated by commission, passionate about wellness, and comfortable in a fast-paced membership sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads and prospects

• Conduct tours and convert prospects into members

• Overcome objections and close membership sales

• Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests

• Support studio operations, including scheduling and front desk tasks

• Assist with grassroots marketing and promotional events

Requirements

• Experience in sales, membership sales, or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and objection-handling skills

• Comfortable with outbound calls and high-volume outreach

• Passion for wellness and helping others improve their lifestyle

• Must be coachable, resilient, and motivated by results
