About the Role

beem Light Sauna is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Houston (Kirby Dr) studio. The ideal candidate is driven by commission, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and passionate about wellness. This role requires confidence in overcoming objections and closing membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects and leads

• Conduct studio tours and explain membership options

• Overcome objections and close sales effectively

• Deliver excellent customer service to all members and guests

• Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling and transactions

• Support grassroots marketing initiatives and studio promotions

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, membership sales, or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls

• Motivated by commission and performance-based goals

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

• Resilient, coachable, and a team player
