A growing boutique wellness studio in Lee's Summit is seeking a driven and energetic Lead Sales Associate to join our team. This is a confidential posting for a retail-based wellness brand dedicated to helping our community feel and live better.

What You'll Do
As a Lead Sales Associate, your focus will be on driving sales and building lasting member relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is motivated by results.

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads

  • Generate new leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel

  • Sell memberships and wellness packages with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming studio experience

  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, sales, and client interactions

  • Support the studio team with day-to-day retail operations

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales or retail (wellness/fitness industry a plus)

  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and in-person skills

  • Comfortable meeting and exceeding daily/weekly sales goals

  • Strong organizational skills to manage leads and CRM systems effectively

  • Passion for wellness, fitness, or health-related services

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends

Schedule
We are a retail establishment with general retail hours:

  • MonpThu: 8 AM to 8 PM

  • FriSat: 8 AM 5 PM

  • Sun: 9 AM 3 PM

You won't be scheduled for every shift, but flexibility for varied shifts is required.
