About Beem Light Sauna
Beem Light Sauna is a wellness studio dedicated to helping clients recharge, recover, and elevate their health through infrared sauna sessions, red-light therapy, and membership-based wellness programs. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven background in membership sales to lead our Frankfort studio.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for one thing above all: growing membership sales. This includes leading by example through personal sales performance, coaching a team of sales associates, and building a culture centered on hitting and exceeding membership targets.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Sales: Personally close new memberships and renewals through outbound calls, in-studio consultations, and consistent follow-ups.

Lead Sales Outreach: Make daily calls and ensure the sales team achieves 50+ outbound calls per day to generate leads and conversions.

Coach & Develop Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate associates to exceed individual and team membership sales goals.

Overcome Objections: Equip yourself and your team with strategies to confidently turn no into yes and secure long-term members.

Track & Report Performance: Monitor membership sales metrics, conversion rates, and team activity to ensure targets are consistently met.

Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver world-class customer service that makes members feel valued and excited to join.
Qualifications

Proven success in membership sales (fitness, wellness, spa, or similar industries required).

Minimum 2 years of sales leadership or management experience.

Strong closer with excellent objection-handling skills.

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast-paced sales environments.

Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.

Organized, self-motivated, and available to work evenings and weekends.
