Pay: $24/hour for active stretching (with opportunities for pay increases based on performance)
Hours: Part-time (2025 hours/week minimum)

StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching. Backed by the Xponential Fitness family, we help clients move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. Our studios in Doral and Pinecrest are growing quickly, and were looking for passionate Flexologists to join our team. You can work at one location or bothwell find the best fit for your schedule.

What Youll Do

As a StretchLab Flexologist, youll deliver professional one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and small group stretches. Youll also serve as a trusted wellness guide, helping clients understand the benefits of stretching and encouraging them to commit to long-term health through membership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized assisted stretch sessions to clients of all fitness levels.

  • Educate clients on the benefits of increased flexibility and mobility.

  • Engage with clients before, during, and after sessions to build strong relationships.

  • Support studio sales efforts by encouraging memberships and rebooking sessions.

  • Assist with outreach activities such as calling leads, texting no-shows, and representing StretchLab at community events.

  • Contribute to a fun, clean, and professional studio environment.

  • Maintain accurate client notes and follow safety protocols.

Who Were Looking For

Were seeking candidates who combine technical expertise in the human body with strong people skills. You should be comfortable in a sales-support role while prioritizing exceptional client care.

Acceptable Backgrounds & Certifications:

  • Kinesiology degree or related field

  • Exercise Science degree or related field

  • Athletic Trainer (ATC)

  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

  • Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

  • Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NCSF, or similar

  • Certified Yoga Instructor 200hr RYT or higher

  • Pilates Instructor Certification Mat or Reformer

  • Group Fitness Instructor Certification AFAA, ACE, NASM, or similar

  • Licensed Chiropractor

  • Other nationally recognized fitness or wellness certifications

Additional Qualifications:

  • Hands-on, one-on-one client experience preferred.

  • Fluent in Spanish or comfortable conversing with Spanish-speaking clients (strongly preferred due to local community needs).

  • Ability to clearly explain flexibility vs. mobility and the role stretching plays in each.

  • Comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging in membership sales conversations.

  • Physically able to perform stretches and be on your feet for extended periods.

  • Availability to work weekends and maintain consistent weekly hours (2025+ per week).
