We are conducting a confidential search for a dedicated and results-driven Fitness Manager to lead a boutique fitness studio in Cypress, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality service and client care.

Drive sales performance through goal setting, tracking, and consistent follow-up.

Oversee daily operations including scheduling, client coordination, and studio cleanliness.

Train and evaluate staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

Lead team meetings to align goals, motivate performance, and reinforce company values.

Maintain accurate records including activity charts, attendance, and performance metrics.

Ensure studio presentation and hygiene meet company standards at all times.

Coordinate with leadership on business performance, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Demonstrate loyalty, professionalism, and transparency in all communications with ownership.

Participate in company meetings and respond promptly to calls or inquiries when needed.

Promote long-term studio growth through enthusiasm, community engagement, and brand-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Studio Manager, or Team Leader in a fitness or wellness environment.

Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a team toward performance and sales goals.

Demonstrated success driving membership and retail sales and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to connect with clients, staff, and ownership.

High standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

Strong administrative and scheduling abilities; proficient with digital tools and record-keeping systems.

Physically able to demonstrate stretches and participate in training activities.

Available to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for half days to maintain a 40-hour workweek.
