Compensation: $19/hour base pay + uncapped commission

Body Fit Training (BFT) is a science-backed, coach-led group fitness studio that delivers results through functional strength and conditioning workouts. Our brand-new Sunnyvale studio is preparing for launch, and we're building a high-performing sales team to drive momentum from day one.

If you have fitness, wellness, or membership sales experience and you thrive on connecting with others and helping them reach their goals, this is your opportunity to make a real impact and earn unlimited commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently follow up with digital leads through phone outreach (minimum of 50 calls per day)

• Build rapport and educate leads on the value of BFT's training model

• Convert prospects into committed members by overcoming objections and focusing on goals

• Assist with grassroots marketing events (weekend availability required)

• Provide a welcoming and professional in-person experience at the studio

• Support daily studio operations during the presale phase

• After the studio opens, this role may transition into a Front Desk or Studio Assistant position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or gym membership sales

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Driven by performance-based incentives and motivated by helping others

• College or masters students with a background in sales, marketing, or kinesiology are strongly encouraged to apply
