We're opening our brand-new flagship studio in Huntington Beach and looking for a Sales Director who has done this before someone whos opened boutique studios, built community from the ground up, and loves seeing a waitlist form before the doors even open.

As Sales Director, you'll lead all pre-sale, membership, and community growth efforts for our Huntington Beach studio. You'll create the excitement, drive the numbers, and be the face of STRIDE in the community.

What You'll Do

Lead the pre-sale campaign drive interest, manage leads, and convert prospects into founding members before opening day

Build community awareness through grassroots marketing, pop-ups, and partnerships with local businesses

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline with consistent calls, texts, tours, and follow-ups

Confidently overcome objections and reframe value to close memberships

Track key metrics: daily calls, conversion rates, and weekly sales targets

Collaborate with the Studio Manager and coaching team to create a premium member experience

Mentor and grow your sales team as the studio expands
Who We Are Looking For

Experience opening or launching a new boutique fitness or wellness studio (required)

2+ years of service-based or membership sales experience

Motivated by commission, performance metrics, and community impact

Strong communicator with proven success in objection handling and value selling

Entrepreneurial mindset you love ownership, accountability, and fast-paced environments

Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others transform their lives
Your Daily Rhythm

Connect with 50+ potential members through calls, texts, and follow-ups

Visit local businesses, gyms, and coffee shops to generate leads

Host or support community events to build awareness and drive trial visits

Track and analyze data to keep performance on target

Create energy in the studio every day
Requirements

2+ years of fitness, wellness, or membership sales experience

Proven success opening or scaling a studio

Comfortable working full-time, including evenings and weekends

Live within 30 minutes of Huntington Beach and have reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States
