About the Role
The Sales Manager plays a critical role in the success of STRIDE Fitness by driving membership growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
You will oversee the full membership sales process, from lead generation and follow-up to conversion and retention. This includes managing daily performance metrics, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and ensuring the studio consistently meets or exceeds monthly and annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all membership sales efforts, including inbound and outbound prospecting, tours, and follow-up communication
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and retention goals
- Manage lead pipelines and ensure prompt, professional responses to all inquiries Maintain accurate sales tracking and performance reporting in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the Operations & Marketing Director and Head Coach to optimize studio performance and member experience
- Foster long-term relationships with members to drive referrals and renewals
- Represent STRIDE Fitness at community events and local partnerships to increase brand awareness
- Deliver consistent, positive, and motivating interactions that align with STRIDE brand values
Who You Are
- Experienced in membership or service-based sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or boutique studio environments
- A self-starter who thrives in goal-driven, competitive settings
- Outgoing, empathetic, and confident in relationship building
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable to performance metrics
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve lasting lifestyle change
Compensation and Incentives
- $25 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses (expected total compensation $75,000$100,000+ annually)
- Generous commissions on every membership sold

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of Aurora, CO
- Authorization to work in the United States
