Compensation and Benefits

  • $18.81 per hour plus sales commission

  • Health benefits included

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week

  • Two weekend days per month required

  • Shifts:

    • MondayFriday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective members through phone calls, texts, emails, and studio tours

  • Convert leads into members by booking intro stretches and closing membership sales

  • Manage the front desk, including scheduling sessions, checking in members, and answering phones

  • Support grassroots marketing and promotional events to generate new leads

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and creating a welcoming environment

  • Collaborate with the studio team to meet sales and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred; fitness, wellness, or hospitality background is a plus

  • Comfortable making sales calls and handling objections with confidence

  • Strong multitasking abilityable to manage phones, walk-ins, and member check-ins simultaneously

  • Personable, professional, and team-oriented

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others
