Join the founding team at beem® Light Sauna. Minnesota's newest hub for high-end infrared wellness. We're launching our Edina studio and hiring a Lead Sales Associate to drive membership sales, deliver world-class client experiences, and grow with us into a potential management role.

At beem®, we believe light is the future of wellness. Our studios offer transformative infrared sauna sessions in a calming, high-design environment. From stress relief to recovery and detoxification, our services help people feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What You'll Do

  • Sell with purpose: Make 50+ outbound calls/texts daily to convert leads into members

  • Lead with presence: Host studio tours, client consultations, and personalized sales interactions

  • Own the numbers: Manage your sales pipeline, track performance, and hit revenue goals

  • Be the brand: Represent beem® at events and through grassroots outreach

  • Run the front: Manage check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and membership processing

  • Support others: Mentor part-time team members and uphold service excellence

  • Improve operations: Take initiative to solve problems and optimize studio systems

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or high-end service environments

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals

  • Excellent communication skills in-person, by phone, and over text

  • Availability for at least 23 Saturdays/month

  • Willingness to start part-time with the potential to grow to full-time

Preferred:

  • Experience in boutique fitness, infrared sauna, spa, or wellness studios

  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti)

  • Comfort with grassroots marketing and community outreach
