What You'll Do

Sell with purpose: Make 50+ outbound calls/texts daily to convert leads into members

Lead with presence: Host studio tours, client consultations, and personalized sales interactions

Own the numbers: Manage your sales pipeline, track performance, and hit revenue goals

Be the brand: Represent beem® at events and through grassroots outreach

Run the front: Manage check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and membership processing

Support others: Mentor part-time team members and uphold service excellence

Improve operations: Take initiative to solve problems and optimize studio systems

Qualifications
Required:

2+ years of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or high-end service environments
-
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication skills in-person, by phone, and over text
-
Availability for at least 23 Saturdays/month

Willingness to start part-time with the potential to grow to full-time
Preferred:

Experience in boutique fitness, infrared sauna, spa, or wellness studios

Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti)

Comfort with grassroots marketing and community outreach
