About the job Assistant General Manager
As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), youll be the right hand to the General Managerleading the front desk team, driving membership sales, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every client. Your primary focus will be converting leads into loyal members, coaching team members on sales best practices, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
This is a sales-focused leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in wellness, fitness, or service-based environments and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.
What Youll Do:
Sales Leadership

Make 4050+ outbound calls daily to new and past leads

Lead studio tours, first-time stretch intros, and closing conversations

Convert trial sessions into memberships with confidence and empathy

Coach team members on objection handling, consultative selling, and relationship-building

Track KPIs and support the GM in hitting studio sales goals
Client Experience & Operations

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk activity during peak hours

Handle scheduling, phone calls, and service recovery with ease

Ensure the studio is always organized, welcoming, and guest-ready

Support social media, events, and community outreach efforts when needed
Team Support

Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates

Step in to lead when the GM is unavailable

Foster a team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results
What Were Looking For:

12+ years in a sales or customer service leadership role (fitness or wellness preferred)
-
Proven success in converting leads and closing memberships or high-ticket services
-
Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM tools, and fast-paced studio environments

A team player with excellent communication and people skills

Passionate about health, movement, and helping others feel their best

Available to work 2030 hours per week, including one weekend day
