What You’ll Do

As a Flexologist, you’ll:

  • Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 or 50 minutes) tailored to each client’s needs

  • Assess mobility limitations and create custom flexibility protocols

  • Apply your understanding of movement quality, postural analysis, and muscular imbalances to optimize outcomes

  • Educate clients on alignment, breath, and mobility-enhancing strategies

  • Track progress, document sessions, and collaborate with a team of wellness-minded professionals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (e.g., NASM-CES, FMS, or equivalent)

  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Passion for injury prevention, movement health, and client empowerment

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work hands-on with diverse populations

Preferred:

  • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field

  • Experience working in personal training, physical therapy, or functional fitness

  • Knowledge of manual stretching, myofascial techniques, or mobility work
