Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up with new leads and re-engage past prospects
  • Guide guests through studio tours and introductory stretch sessions
  • Convert prospects into members by confidently closing sales and educating on long-term benefits
  • Handle objections with empathy, positioning StretchLab as an essential wellness solution
  • Upsell retail and service add-ons to support client recovery, mobility, and performance goals

Client Experience & Studio Operations

  • Deliver a professional, welcoming front desk experience to every client and visitor
  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and basic service recovery
  • Coordinate with Flexologists and management to maintain efficient studio operations
  • Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Log follow-ups and update client details using CRM software such as ClubReady

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Assist with local events, wellness fairs, and pop-ups to promote studio awareness
  • Participate in social media and in-studio marketing campaigns
  • Serve as a brand ambassadorengaging warmly with guests, clients, and the broader community

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or service-driven industries is preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads
  • Strong closer with a consultative sales approach
  • Emotionally intelligent, professional, and motivated by goals
  • Organized, coachable, and proficient in using CRM tools
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Must be available at least 2025 hours per week, including one weekend day

Compensation & Benefits

  • $11$13 per hour, plus 10% commission on membership and package sales
