What You’ll Do
As a Flexologist, you’ll:

Lead customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (25 and 50 minutes)

Assess mobility patterns and build stretch routines based on client goals

Educate clients on movement mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention

Build relationships that keep clients engaged and on track

Track client progress and support long-term results

Participate in workshops and continuing education alongside like-minded professionals
Qualifications
Required:
-
Certification or degree in:
-
Strength & Conditioning, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field
-

Preferred Certifications: NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USAW, ISSA-SSC, or similar
-
CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Comfortable working one-on-one in a hands-on setting

Passion for mobility, movement efficiency, and client-focused outcomes
Preferred:
-
Experience working with athletes or active populations
-
Knowledge of functional movement screening or corrective exercise
-
Background in massage therapy, yoga, or mobility coaching is a plus
