Your Role

• Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead small group classes

• Build genuine relationships with clients to help them set and achieve their health and mobility goals

• Represent StretchLab in the community through events, tours, and partnerships

• Contribute to studio growth by supporting membership sales and client retention initiatives

• Stay at the forefront of the wellness industry with continuing education and advanced training

What Were Looking For

Required Certifications/Licenses (must be current and maintained):

• Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach (nationally recognized)

• Licensed Massage Therapist

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT Assistant)

• Licensed Chiropractor

• Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor

Preferred Background:

• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or a related field

• Experience providing hands-on client work in fitness, sports performance, or rehabilitation

• Exceptional communication skills with an engaging, encouraging personality

• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to helping others succeed

Our Training Program

All new Flexologists complete our Flexologist Certification Program:

• 2030 hours of online coursework

• 2 days of in-person, hands-on training

• 20 hours of supervised practice

• Written and practical examinations

This program ensures every Flexologist can deliver a truly world-class stretch experience.
