Compensation: $30 to $35 per class (based on experience)

About Us

Body Fit Training (BFT) is a science-backed, coach-led group training program that delivers results through functional strength and conditioning workouts. At BFT Sunnyvale, we're building a high-energy fitness community grounded in support, motivation, and performance, and we're looking for standout coaches who share that vision.

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-performance group workouts using BFT's proven training model

  • Deliver individualized support in a group training environment

  • Welcome and onboard new members, including performing fitness assessments

  • Foster strong member relationships and a team-based studio atmosphere

  • Support day-to-day studio operations and maintain a clean, professional environment

Qualifications

  • Group fitness or personal training experience (strength and conditioning preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of exercise science and movement mechanics

  • Outgoing, client-focused, and confident leading a group

  • National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc preferred)

  • CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain

Schedule

  • Part-time with flexible hours

  • Must be available for at least one of the following: early mornings, midday, or evenings
