About Beem Light Sauna

Beem Light Sauna is a wellness studio offering infrared sauna sessions, red-light therapy, and recovery services designed to help clients feel their best. We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated Sales Associate with strong membership sales skills to join our Lee's Summit team.

Job Overview

The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness, wellness, or membership sales and is motivated to exceed sales goals while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospects and leads to generate new membership sales.

  • Confidently overcome objections and close sales to grow the member base.

  • Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and online.

  • Manage and follow up with leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Educate potential members on the benefits of Beem Light Sauna's services.

  • Support studio operations and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior membership sales experience strongly preferred (fitness, wellness, spa, or similar).

  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

  • Ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting daily/weekly goals.

  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

  • Flexible availability to work 8:30 AM 2:00/3:00 PM shifts, with weekend availability required.

  • Reliable transportation to commute to the Lee's Summit studio.
