The Role
As the Financial Controller, you will be the commercial heartbeat of the finance department,
ensuring stability while the business continues to scale.
Your key duties will include:
Commercial Financial Management: Providing high-level oversight of all financial
operations to support business growth.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts under IFRS/US
GAAP
Reporting & Analysis: Delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting to the senior
leadership team.
Process Evolution: Leading the charge on making positive changes and refining internal
controls.
Operational Excellence: Managing the day-to-day finance function with a focus on
precision and commercial integrity.
Strategic Support: Acting as a trusted advisor during a period of significant company
transition.
The Person
We are looking for someone who has "been there and done it" and understands exactly what a
best-in-class finance function requires.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance capacity.
Fully Qualified Accounting professional who knows the role inside and out and can hit
the ground running.
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
Strong management skills
Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial
results
A genuine interest in your own professional development and a desire to be part of a
changing environment.
Someone who looks beyond the ledger to understand the wider business impact.
Proactive in anticipating needs and offering confidence to the wider team.
