Inclusion IQ is delighted to be supporting our multi-award-winning client once again as they continue to expand their service offering to their international clients and as a result, they are seeking to appoint a Transport Administrator to support their NI desk.
This successful applicant will join a multi-award-winning organisation who have been operational for over 50 years and is forecast to turn over in excess of £40 million this year. Within the last 12 months, they have promoted 10 people into management positions, with an investment in an external 6-month management training program. They have also promoted 15 people across the business in the last year throughout the organisation. With extensive and ambitious plans to grow even further in the next 5 years, the promotional opportunities are endless.

The Role
The Sales Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations and the provision of exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring comprehensive and professional resolution.
Engage with clients and customers to understand their requirements thoroughly and assist throughout the sales cycle.
Provided integral support to the Commercial Department through detailed costing exercises for prospective and existing businesses across each business area.
Execute commercial administration duties precisely, continually update customer databases, and diligently maintain records.
Contribute to identifying potential business opportunities and prospective customer leads through insightful analysis.
Provide proactive support and assistance in supplementary departmental activities as necessary.
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) attainment in Mathematics and English is required.
Demonstrated experience in a sales or administrative/ office environment.
Superior computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel.
Capacity to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, project teams, and both established and prospective clients.
