The Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for our client’s valued end customers.

  • Routinely keep customers updated on expected delivery schedules, ensuring they always have accurate, real-time information.

  • Handle unforeseen delivery disruptions promptly and professionally, reaching out to customers immediately to explain the situation clearly and arrange suitable new delivery slots.

  • Work hand-in-hand with internal planning, transport, and warehouse teams to solve problems swiftly and keep promises made to customers.
