Inclusion IQ are delighted to be supporting our multi-award-winning client once again as they continue to expand their service offering for international clients, and, as a result, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant/Part-Qualified Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

This successful applicant will join a multi-award-winning organisation that has been operational for over 50 years. Our client has ambitious plans to integrate systems and scale further across Europe over the next 5 years; the long-term career opportunities are significant.This position requires a professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys looking beyond standard reporting to improve processes and add commercial value. They will be working in a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, and playing a central role in delivering accurate management accounts while helping to build a modern finance function.

  • Full preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and year-end management accounts, including journal entries and balance sheet specifications.
  • Delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and insightful analysis for executive leadership.
  • Leading AR, AP, Cash close, and maintaining tight deadlines around month-end compliance.
  • Managing intercompany reconciliations, reviewing suspense accounts, and maintaining clear audit trails across a multi-entity group.
  • Completion of UK and ROI VAT returns and reconciliations.
  • Partnering with operational sites to understand business operations and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency

The Person

To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified accountant (or equivalent relevant industry experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience working in a professional finance environment undertaking part-qualified or management accountant duties.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Proven analytical, administrative, and organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a curiosity for process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
