Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Walkme Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the Walkme platform and a proven track record in driving digital adoption. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital adoption strategies, as well as providing guidance and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital adoption strategies using the Walkme platform to improve user engagement and productivity.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to optimize the Walkme platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective digital adoption solutions.
  • Provide end-user support through training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and measure the success of digital adoption initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to digital adoption and the Walkme platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital adoption, with solid knowledge of the Walkme platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
