We are currently seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead the optimization and administration of our Salesforce platform, driving efficiency, innovation, and user engagement in both Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, emphasizing Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and enhance Service Cloud functionalities, serving as the subject matter expert for customer support processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Service Cloud strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Configuration and management of Experience Cloud, ensuring an exceptional and tailored user experience.
    • Work closely with UX/UI teams to set the standard for user-centric design principles.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior administrators and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
      • Act as a key contributor to Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
      • Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with various platforms and tools, enhancing overall system capabilities.
        • Evaluate, recommend, and implement third-party integrations to support business objectives.
        • Establish and enforce advanced security measures to safeguard sensitive data within Salesforce.
          • Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
          • Design and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
            • Work closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements.

            Qualifications:

            • More than 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
            • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications related to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud are highly desirable.
            • Proven experience in guiding and mentoring Salesforce administrators.
            • Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Lightning components.
            • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing Experience Cloud portals.
            • Advanced knowledge of data management, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
            • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
            • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
