As a Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our sustainability and carbon neutrality objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Salesforce to meet our specific needs, and ensure data integrity and security. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce to drive sustainability efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to support sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.

Design and implement customizations, including reports and dashboards, to support sustainability goals.

Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce functionality.

Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices for sustainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a sustainability or environmental management context.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
