Consultancy objective(s)

The client is working on the modernization of their Talent Management suite by implementing SAP SuccessFactors. The Information Technology Operations Division (ITE/ITO) is currently looking for a Success Factors consultant to join the Corporate Solutions team to assist on the design, testing and documentation on the new Performance and Development end-to end solution.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, business partners, user community, other SAP Analysts, development team and other team members in the organization, on designing, testing, and documenting the new solution.
  • Identifies benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules.
  • Create test scripts, perform functional application testing, and document the results.

Qualifications

  • Academic Degree/level: bachelors degree in computer science or MIS or related Business Discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360 evaluation and Continues Performance.
  • Minimum 3+ end-to-end implementation experience in SF PMGM, Succession, and Development.
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, Succession Planning and CDP.
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Language: bilingual is a must.

Requirements

  • Configure Goal Management and set up Goal Plan XML templates.
  • Define categories, fields, permissions, and layout for the Goal Plan templates.
  • Set up and explore GMv12 version of Goal Management
  • Configure, Manage and Use the latest version of Goal Management
  • Configure Dynamic Teams integration with Goal Management
  • Manage Competency Libraries, Competencies and Performance Details
  • Set up Families and Roles, and map competencies to job roles.
  • Configure Performance Management and set up templates from Manage Templates and XML
  • Define standard sections, custom sections and fields, and permissions in form templates.
  • Manage the Performance Management Cycle as an Administrator.
  • Configure end user tools in Performance Management, such as the Stack Ranker and Team Overview
  • Set up Calibration settings, templates and sessions using Performance as the data source.
  • Configure, manage, and use Continuous Performance Management and Continuous Feedback
  • Configure, manage, and use 360 Reviews, and set up XML templates.
  • Define the language translation tools and options relevant to Performance and Goals.
  • Configure Succession Planning and Development.

Desired

  • Expertise in training and communication is a plus.
  • Knowledge or certification in LMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge or certification in RCM and ONB is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus.
