• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of SAP Concur solutions.
• Stay updated on latest SAP Concur features and enhancements, and propose recommendations for adoption.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing SAP Concur solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionalities.
• Experience with SAP Concur integrations and APIs.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
• SAP Concur certification (desired).
