We ara looking for a Marketing Senior Analyst to join our team and help us analyze and optimize our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on marketing performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations to improve our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to ensure that our activities are effective and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, paid media, and conversion rates.

Create dashboards and reports using Excel or other analysis tools to track and communicate performance to stakeholders.

Conduct data-driven analysis and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with our business goals and target audiences.

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to track and analyze sales performance, margin metrics, and provide insights to improve sales productivity.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other analysis tools.

Experience with CRM (Salesforce or/and HubSpot)

Experience with Google Ads is a plus.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.

Working Conditions: This is a part-time job with a hybrid work scheme (2 days in the office, 3 days at home). Our office is in Dallas, (Preston Center) and we offer a competitive compensation.
