Salesforce QA Engineer (Sales Cloud/CPQ)

The client, a leading global provider of software, systems, and service solutions to the restaurant and retail industries, is building a new Salesforce organization and is looking for someone to help them through that. In partnership with internal Product Management and third-party consulting, you will be responsible for the test plan design, refinement, and execution.

The Salesforce QA Engineer is a critical team member who will help ensure that a solution fits the needs of the client's stakeholders. The Salesforce QA Engineer will work closely with the entire client's project team to review the overall requirements, develop test plans/cases, identify defects and push them to resolution, and contribute to successfully launching resulting solutions.

Skills

• Execute test cases that have been written
• Create detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Design test processes and procedures to ensure an end-to-end regression test suite to reduce repetitive manual testing
• Turn high-level requirements into test cases through the user story refinement process
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops is important since the client is an Agile/Scrum shop
• Be able to demo appropriate testing actions to team members and stakeholders

Education and experience

• A bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major and relevant Salesforce certification, but the client is flexible depending on your experience
• 2 to 3 years working with CRM systems in a technical capacity
• 2 to 3 years performing QA for medium to large Salesforce organizations
• Experience with Sales Cloud and at least a basic understanding of how CPQ works is required
• Availability from Monday to Friday 8 to 5 business hours (ET or CT timezone preferred)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
• Strong English (written and verbal) communication skills
