About the job Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with SAP Fiori Expertise
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with expertise in SAP Fiori applications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding new business requirements, conducting user tests, preparing functional and test documentation, and ensuring the effective utilization of the SCM module within S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document new business requirements for SCM processes.
- User Testing: Conduct and oversee user testing for SAP Fiori apps, both standard and custom Fiori Apps, ensuring they meet business needs and function correctly.
- Functional Documentation: Prepare comprehensive functional documentation outlining new features, modifications, and best practices for using SAP Fiori in the SCM module.
- Test Documentation:* Develop detailed test documentation to support the validation and verification of SCM processes and functionalities.
- Module Expertise: Provide expert knowledge and support for the SCM module, including managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Service Entry Sheets.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and optimization of SCM processes in S/4HANA using SAP Fiori applications.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of SCM tools within SAP Fiori.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with the IT and business teams to implement enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SCM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and S/4HANA.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP Fiori apps, including both standard and custom tools. Strong understanding of SCM processes and modules such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, and Service Entry Sheets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: English Upper Intermediate / Spanish: Intermediate
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Certifications: SAP certifications in SCM and/or SAP Fiori are highly desirable.
