Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud modules.
- Customize and configure Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud to meet client-specific requirements.
- Requirement Analysis:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Project Management:
- Manage and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Recruitment Cloud issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members.
- Develop training materials and user guides to enhance user adoption.
- Best Practices and Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements.
- Implement best practices to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure system compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
