We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Service Cloud. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will administrate our Salesforce platform, driving efficiency, innovation, and user engagement in the Service Cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce, emphasizing Service Cloud.

Oversee and enhance Service Cloud functionalities, serving as the subject matter for customer support processes.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Service Cloud strategies with broader business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Help to integrate Salesforce with various platforms and tools, enhancing overall system capabilities.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement third-party integrations to support business objectives.

Enforce advanced security measures to safeguard sensitive data within Salesforce.

Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Design and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Between 1 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on Service Cloud.

Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications related to Service Cloud are highly desirable.

Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce Lightning components.

Advanced knowledge of data management, security, and compliance within Salesforce.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
