Salesforce Einstein AI

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities, including predictive analytics, machine learning models, and natural language processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance Salesforce functionality and user experience.
• Design and develop custom AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein Platform services and APIs.
• Customize and extend Salesforce CRM to integrate AI-driven features and functionality, such as intelligent lead scoring, recommendation engines, and predictive forecasting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and data scientists, to ensure successful implementation and integration of AI solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for AI implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Salesforce AI/Einstein capabilities and industry trends, and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a focus on AI/Einstein capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Platform services, including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, and Einstein Prediction Builder.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and recommendation systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Salesforce certifications related to AI/Einstein (e.g., Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant) are a plus.
