Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, with a particular focus on Order Management or any other SCM module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and support in Oracle SCM modules, particularly in Order Management.
• Lead and participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle SCM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend best practices and solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance their understanding and usage of Oracle SCM applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and budgeting activities.
• Provide functional support to users and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency is required to provide functional support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle SCM certification is a plus.
