About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional Consultant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Concur solutions (Expense, Travel, and Invoice) while providing insights and analysis to improve financial processes and reporting. This role requires a balance between functional expertise and data-driven analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Concur solutions, including Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.

  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Manage integration between SAP Concur and SAP ERP (FI/CO) or other financial systems.

  • Analyze expense data to identify trends, compliance issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

  • Provide functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and manage change requests.

  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for system processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance automation, and ensure policy compliance.

  • Support audit and control activities through data validation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP Concur solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Expense, Travel, and Invoice Management processes.

  • Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud).

  • Knowledge of integration points with SAP ERP (FI/CO) and data extraction/reporting methods.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
