About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end implementations, working directly with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, efficient HR solutions.

Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet client needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Provide expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management.

Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.

5+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.

Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions).

Experience in at least one full implementation cycle of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules or SAP HCM is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
