We seek a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized IT Project Management professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple workstreams and delivering results in a dynamic ecosystem.
Objectives:
This group is the strategic partner of the vice presidencies of sectors and countries to enhance the impact of the Bank operations with technology and innovation.
Scope of Services and Key Activities:
- Work in the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of program work streams.
- Full Responsibility and Accountability: Take ownership for the success of the management of the project, acting as the single point of accountability for creation and execution of project management artifacts.
- Strategic Alignment: Provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the groups capital project and its sub-projects, ensuring all objectives, deliverables, and outcomes are aligned with the strategic priorities of the TTR group, project stakeholders, and the organizations mission.
- Defined Project Life Cycle and Milestones: Map and define project phases, deliverables, key milestones, and criteria for success. As well as key project documents such as project proposals, project charter, project plan, and WBS, establishing clear roles and responsibilities for each work stream and activity in the plan.
- Project Life Cycle and requirements: Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stable Requirements and Change Control: Ensure requirements are documented and stabilized early, and, manage changes through a formal change control process to prevent scope creep.
- Risk Management: Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet program goals and objectives, escalating critical risks or issues to leadership as needed to prevent or reduce the impact to the critical path. Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue log with regular reviews and escalation protocols.
- Effective Communications: Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with all stakeholders, sponsors, and team members. Schedule and prepare meeting materials for weekly and monthly status reports and management presentations, including progress in project execution, budget plan, milestones, and risk management.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain project dashboards to provide transparent, real-time updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation and monitor project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to financial constraints (if applicable).
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Close the program, report the overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders, and facilitate postmortem reviews to identify lessons learned and integrate them into future projects for continuous improvement.
- Leverage digital project management tools and innovative methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
- Value Delivery and Benefits Realization: Focus on delivering value and intended benefits throughout the project lifecycle, not just on completing tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating processes, outcomes, and team performance.
Other Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree, preferred in information technology, and a Project Management
- Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience: At least two years managing IT projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex, technology-driven projects. Experience with digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and agile or hybrid methodologies is a plus.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (predictive/waterfall, agile, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, Monday).
