Sutton Valence School, a leading English co-educational independent day and boarding school, in association with Hopeland International Kindergarten Group, a successful Chinese owned independent education provider, opened this new co-educational, dual curriculum Preparatory School for 7-12 year olds in Tianjin, China's sixth largest city, in September 2017.

In addition, whole staff courses take place and all staff are added to the Educare system to complete their CPD of interest. Scholarships for BISE courses are available along with networking and training.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Honours Degree and other leadership qualifications.
  2. Minimum of two years leadership experience.
  3. Strong academic background.
  4. High professional standards

Skills and Abilities

  1. Ability to lead and knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  2. Experience in teacher observations and management
  3. Excellent communication skills with staff and administration.
  4. Able to relate well to staff, students, and parents.
  5. High level of organisational skills.
  6. Self-motivated, can-do attitude and solution-focused.
