Reporting to the executive team and collaborating with marketing, professional services, and software development teams, the Sales specialist will be responsible for :

  • Managing the entire sales cycle and their assigned territory to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities ;
  • Understanding and presenting the product and solutions portfolio to prospective clients in the target market ;
  • Developing and leveraging existing relationships with potential buyers through video meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, networking, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach ;
  • Qualifying, developing, and closing inbound leads generated by the marketing team ;
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and grow the leads pipeline to consistently meet quarterly goals ;
  • Managing information for new and prospective clients and logging all communications in the CRM ;
  • Creating compelling proposals tailored to the characteristics of each opportunity ;
  • Negotiating agreements for long-term client relationships ;
  • Closing new business and assisting with transitioning clients to the professional services team for onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales ;
  • 2-3 years of experience selling software solutions or technology services ;
  • Industry experience in transportation, TMS software solutions, or final-mile deliveries is a requirement ;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in competitive markets ;
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field ;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a dynamic personality ;
  • Passion for cutting-edge technologies ;
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work from home ;
  • The ability to travel for tradeshows, networking events, team events, and prospect presentations ;
  • A positive and professional demeanor ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in English. French would be an asset but is not required for this position.

Conditions : 

  • 37,5 hours per week ;
  • Flexible working hours ;
  • 100% remote ;
