PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To safely load broken ore from muckbays and transporting to the tipping area

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 10/Abel Level 3 is essential
• 4- 6 months LHD operator training module is essential
• Trackless equipment physical experience is essential
• Valid drivers licence is essential
• A valid medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The successful candidate is responsible for:

• Safety loading and transporting broken ore in an underground mine
• Ensuring that there is a proper machine appreciation
• Properly communicate defects associated with machine appreciation
• Maintaining proper loading techniques
• Maintaining proper tramming techniques
• Maintaining proper tyre appreciation
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the work environment
• Safely and sufficiently operate the LHD
