  • PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
  • To deliver all goods to the various departments within the Refineries in accordance with the company procedure and to collect goods from or delivery goods to suppliers.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completed Grade 12 certificate essential.
  • Valid Code C1 drivers license with Public Drivers Permit (PDP) are essential.
  • Valid forklift license and warehouse qualification will be an advantage.
  • 1 year driving experience with light / heavy duty vehicles.
  • Knowledge of material handling and safe stacking practices.
  • Knowledge in handling hazardous substances and health and safety standards.
  • Good communication and customer services skills.
  • Medically fit.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Delivering all goods loaded onto the store vehicles;
  • Load goods and material into cages and trucks using a forklift;
  • Transport material and equipment using a light delivery vehicle / truck.
  • Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and adhere to Road Traffic Regulations.
  • Perform all activities according to Health and Safety standards.
  • Ensure good housekeeping.
