  • PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
  • To assist with SHEQ systems management via fulfilling office administrative duties such as tending to customers, capturing SHEQ information, recordkeeping and provide training to employees on the required SHEQ software systems.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • NQF level 4 (Grade 12) certificate - Mathematics and Physical Science will be an advantage.
  • Relevant NQF level 5 certificate in any related SHEQ discipline will be an added advantage.
  • 6 to 12 months experience in an office administration role essential.
  • Experience in SHEQ Management Systems will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of office administration processes.
  • Knowledge of Refineries policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant MS Office software packages
  • Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
  • Good communication-, interpersonal- and sound planning and organising skills.
  • Must be customer orientated, a team player with sound office administration skills.
  • Medically fit for both PMR and BMR.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct Health One System administrative duties.
  • Capture patient information and attend to customers telephonically and at the reception area.
  • Assist with Isometrix administrative duties including the capturing of incidents.
  • Conduct administrative duties in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Assist with ISO 9001 system administrative duties including document management via the use of Planned Job Observations (PJOs).
  • Compile minutes of SHEQ meetings and month end report statistics.
  • Provide training on SHEQ related software systems.
